WARNING: Gross!

Lex apparently has allergies. His eyes were so red and puffy today he could barley see. So we went down to the WalMart and got some medicine. A couple of hours later he kept asking for a drink and said his mouth tasted yucky.

This is a conversation that followed....

ME: Did the drink help your mouth taste better?

LEX: No, but when I eat my boogers then it tastes better.

YUCKY! Boys are gross!

So I leave you with this and hopefully you wont have to eat boogers to get the gross taste out of your mouth.

I think its finally summer!

It is so nice out today. I love it!

I got totally spoiled on my birthday weekend a couple of weeks ago. I have been meaning to blog all about it but I just haven't done it yet. So today is the day.

It started on Saturday - we went to dinner with THESE guys to Olive-it Garden (as lex calls it). The food was super yummy. As if that weren't enough Jessica got me this book!!!

I'm in love! I have gone through it almost every night. It sleeps by me. did I mention that I love it! I had tried to get it but it was sold out every - or so I thought! She also got me other fun goodies like big scallop scissors. oh ya baby!

Then on Sunday (a day early) Carl gave me a wii. It is so much fun! I kick butt in bowling and tennis. We also got a wii fit - you can hula hoop and everything!

On Monday (the actually day of my birth 28 years ago) I went shopping all day with my mom. We didn't even argue. It was amazing. Then that night we went to Rosie and Gary's for a party. Paul and Christi did a Fiesta party! It was awesome! They had a Hannah pinata complete with hannah montana candy! Funny story about that from our Vegas trip, I will tell you when your older. We ate super yummy chicken taco's.

It was a great weekend! I have no pictures of it. But I'm so grateful for my family and friends! I am really blessed to have you all in my life. Thanks for a great weekend. You all made me feel really great! I love ya all!

I love your stuff! I love your paper, stickers, rub-ons, ribbon, albums, chipboard, I love it all! Here's proof...

This is a fun little book I am making for Lex to help him learn all his letter. I used the Cogsmo line with the Retro Mix Blackboard, and baseball card holders.

I am also making an album from our road trip to Vegas. The Get Happy line is perfect!

My funny boy

On Tuesday Lex and I went to Roberts, Lex loves to throw pennies in the water fountains. I am sure the employees love this. When we went to the fountain I asked him if he was going to make a wish. Very loudly he said " I wish mommy was nice to me". Lovely! I am sure everyone in the store heard how great of a mother I am.

Anyway I decided today I would be nice, I let him eat chocolate covered Cinnamon bears for breakfast, we went to Shelley to meet Carl for lunch at Mr. Pizza, and I took him to get a sno cone. We usually go through the drive-thru one in front of Smiths, but since I was being nice today we parked the car and walked up to the window. Lex even ordered his own (blue, green, and red striped). While waiting for me to get mine and pay he went and sat on the bench. After he got settled in he said "ahhh what a day" very contently.

So have you seen THIS? I need to start posting pictures. How fun would that be! If you know me you know I lovelovelovelovelovelovelovelovelovelove Cosmo.

Life is going...

way to fast! I don't know why but I am always out of time, much like everyone else I'm sure. Anyhow here are some updates....

THIS GIRL has a blog! Super Fun! Speaking of this picture I am so glad it's snow cone season! I couldn't live without them. Funny story about this picture. Jessica and I drove all the way to Rigby to go to the scrapbook store there. Much to our dismay it was closed. So we tried to drowned our sorrows in GIANT snow cones. We ordered larges - not realizing just how LARGE they were! mmmmm they were tasty! So if you are ever in Rigby go to Main street and get a snow cone. I suggest the medium size, unless your upset go for the large baby.

I have also been doing some projects lately and listening to THIS GIRLS music - perfect for scrapbooking. Also been listening to a lot of THIS. Love it too. And my new favorite music for cleaning the house is the extreme rock channel on tv. Oh ya baby gotta love Whitesnake, Van Halen, Queensryche, Aerosmith, Meatloaf, Tesla and so so many more. Anyway back to projects.... I love the MM Animal Cracker line - it is soooo cute! Baby card to go with baby bag for our great old neighbors. This is the invitation Christi and I made for Hudson's 1st Birthday Party. Kit I did last week for ETM
